Many believe that Formentera’s charms are about the contrast between the spectacular sand dunes of the island against the surrounding sea of blue tonalities that can only be seen in this little corner of the Mediterranean. But there is so much more to it. As soon as we venture along the web of pathways that criss-cross the island since time immemorial, we find that nature never ceases to surprise us – and it does so in so many ways. When we return to Castaví after walking along one of such routes, images like this one will remain within us.
