As we decided yesterday at Sa Terrasa, while we laughed, sipped cocktails and pored over maps of the island, our excursión today will run along one of the green routes that is part of a wonderful network of ancient pathways, connecting the beauty spots of Formentera. This time we will aim for La Sabina to head along route 3, which will take us, through farmlands and along dry stone walls, to the Bay of Cala Saona, an area of reddish stone cliffs dotted with old fishing huts. The walk ends with this invitation to dive into its turquoise waters, one we simply cannot refuse.
